The room at Mark & Joanna Studios was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It had a well-equipped kitchenette and a compact but pleasant bathroom with a shower. The air conditioning was a great touch. The private patio area with a stunning view of the sea and mountain monastery was perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. The location was ideal - only a 7-minute walk to the beach and close to shops - bakeries, and restaurants. The local bakery's baklava was a must-try. The staff was friendly and accommodating - allowing us to leave our luggage at the reception and offering a shower even after check-out.

The apartment was a bit small and had limited space for eating meals inside. The bathroom was also small and had an unpleasant smell at times.

The prices were incredibly affordable and yet the hotel still managed to provide all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Stayed here over Easter with my partner. The breakfast and the view were amazing. Loved waking up to the fresh Greek yogurt with cereals, fruits, and bread with cheese and ham. The location is great, walking distance to the town and beach, and a short walk to the church in the mountains. We also enjoyed having a dip in the small swimming pool after a long day of exploring.

The room was old and in desperate need of a renovation. The furniture, especially the kitchen and closet, were outdated and not worth the price.

We loved staying in this hotel! It was very clean with great facilities and close to the black sand beach. The hotel's staff was amazing and always ready to help. We had a beautiful view of the hill on the left and it was near everything we needed, including transportation to Fira.

We had a wonderful stay, with daily cleaning and fresh linen, while being located near the beach and bus station. We enjoyed walking to the nearby Ancient Thira and appreciated the quiet location. Our apartment was clean, cozy and had everything we needed, including a stocked fridge. The owners were very helpful and friendly, showing us around and giving us local tips. We loved the pool and shops and restaurants nearby.
